PRIVACY & LEGAL

Privacy Policy and Browser technologies

Our website makes use of several web scripting technologies, such as JavaScript to enable a smooth and usable shopping experience. To get the best results when using our website, we recommend that you use a browser with enabled support for JavaScript†, Macromedia Flash and Cookies.

By using the shopping basket system on this website and entering your details in the fields requested, you agree to us using and storing the information you have provided within our site to facilitate your order. Any information you provide is collected using secure technologies and will not be disclosed to any other party, save to facilitate secure payments. Part of this process is managed by small text files called 'cookies', which are downloaded to your computer. A cookie contains a small amount of data which can only be accessed by the website it was issued from, so another website cannot read the information that we have stored in a cookie on your computer. This is usual practise for many websites and enables us to store information about your visit on your own computer, which is then retrieved by our website on your next visit, saving you time and effort (you do not need to fill in so many of your personal details again). Every browser that supports cookies also enables you to accept, reject or filter cookies. Whilst we do recommend that you have cookies enabled in your browser when visiting our website (you will not be able to order online from us if you do not accept cookies) you can still browse our range of fashion items and make enquiries by phone or email.

For more information on cookies and how to enable, disable or manage cookies in your browser, we recommend that you visit  www.allaboutcookies.org.

JavaScript must be enabled in order to use this website, as its menus and shopping system require JavaScript in order to function.

The following browsers have been tested and will work with this website on PC and Mac platforms: Internet Explorer 5 +, Netscape 6 +, Opera 7 +, Mozilla 6 +, Firefox and Safari.

Payments

We accept Debit or Credit cards through the PayPal service. Those holding a PayPal account can pay directly through their own accounts if preferred. We do not add any surcharges for different methods of payment. Payments are processed at the time of preparing your goods for despatch. All prices and charges on the website are in Pounds Sterling. Delivery charges may apply and these will be displayed in the order process. All prices are inclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Security

All payments made through the website use PayPal’s security features, which included 128-bit encrypted SSL connections. All payment details are automatically encrypted and are kept strictly confidential in compliance with the UK's Data Protection Act 1998. Payment details will only be used to enable us to confirm and despatch your order and will be forwarded on to a third party (PayPal) only for the purpose of payment transactions – not for third-party marketing purposes. We do, however, keep details of our customers on record for our own internal auditing purposes and to provide information from which we can learn how to improve our products and service.
